You can modify your information by logging into your account. A submitted product review cannot be modified, but it can be deleted. You may also choose to close your account, after which product reviews will be attributed to a “former user.”
If you do not reactivate your account within three months, we will permanently delete the account. You may also request deletion through our Contact Us page. We may retain information for audit purposes or to comply with legal obligations. We may de-identify information for research and analytics, product improvements and sharing with third parties. We prohibit employees and third parties from attempting to re-identify it.
